Job Description
Calling for all digital-savvy content creators and marketing experts who find joy in meaningful conversations spanning from nature’s quiet beauty to environmental affairs and everything in between. Individuals with a flair for storytelling who can create within the brand aesthetic and understand social media platforms like the back of their hands are welcome. This role is for a creative soul, someone who loves seeing their ideas come to life and be at the heart of it. The right candidate is familiar with various design and editing software, capable of producing artwork, has a knack for writing, and strives to grow our social media presence. Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Calendar Management: Develop and execute a structured content plan, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence across all communication channels. This includes Instagram, Meta, newsletters, and website updates (blog posts and routine site refreshes). Maintain a well-organised content calendar to align with key marketing initiatives and audience engagement strategies. Community Engagement & Brand Reputation: Actively manage and nurture our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews across all platforms, including Google My Business (GMB). Foster meaningful interactions to strengthen brand loyalty, enhance customer experience, and address inquiries or concerns in a timely manner. E-Commerce Optimisation & Management: Oversee the performance and presentation of our online store, ensuring product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and SEO-optimised. Regularly update descriptions, pricing, and images to maintain a seamless and engaging shopping experience while monitoring inventory levels and promotional updates. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing: Strategically manage and optimise always-on and ad-hoc social ad campaigns across Meta and Google. Ensure effective targeting, budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance tracking to maximise reach, conversions, and return on investment (ROI). Requirements: 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, e-commerce, or digital media. Strong team player with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and drive cross-functional initiatives. Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a solutions-oriented mindset. Hands-on experience with Shopify, including product management, store updates, and e-commerce optimisation. Proficiency in Meta for Business and Google Analytics (GA) to manage paid social campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimise digital marketing efforts. Skilled in design and editing software, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge, and Lightroom, with the ability to create high-quality visual content.
