About the Department The department plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the bank's Card Financial functions, including payment processes and compliance. Job Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the smooth running of Card Financial functions. Manage payments for Cardholders (Issuing) & Merchants (Acquiring). Oversee rewards redemption and waivers. Handle Card Scheme settlements to Visa, MC & JCB, including remittance and reporting. Plan and manage capacity to support changing business demands. Streamline processes to reduce operating costs and turnaround time without compromising quality. Conduct internal reviews/tests for compliance and assist with data analysis. Proactively manage and resolve customer and business unit feedback. Drive operations-related projects and process improvements. Ensure adherence to the bank’s policies and compliance requirements. Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency. Job Requirements Diploma/Degree Holder. 5 to 10 years of experience in retail banking operations, especially in Credit/Debit Cards Operations. Minimum of 15 team members managed. Able to multi-task and cope with change in a fast-paced environment. Experience in change management projects, including RPA and automation. Strong organizational, management, and leadership skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
