Facilities Executive, Retail Operations | Central | 5k Up to $5,000 (Base on experience), Contract 24 months The Opportunity: Basic Salary: Up to $5,000 Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm Job Responsibilities: Support Operations Manager in ensuring effective mall operations and maintenance. Prepare budgets, manage maintenance contracts, and oversee expenses. Coordinate Asset Enhancement Initiatives, tenant renovations, and promotional activities. Lead technicians and vendors while addressing feedback and service requests promptly. Serve on the Emergency Response and Environmental Health Safety (EHS) teams for risk assessments and safety audits. Job Requirements: Strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Resourceful, systematic problem-solving, and ability to meet tight deadlines. Effective communication skills and flexibility to work beyond standard hours.
