Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Network Position: Supply Operations Manager Responsibilities: Storage of rural biomass; a typical warehouse will be a 10,000 mt facility on approx. 8-10 acre land. Responsible for location identification, initial setup, and operations management of the warehouses across multiple locations as required by the organization. Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot, maintain, and deploy various warehouse assets. Ensure warehouse operations are at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, and monitoring operations goals. Resolve day-to-day operational issues and achieve short-term and long-term performance goals. Maintain a safe, healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing Biofuel Circle standards and procedures, and maintaining proper records. Inspect tools and warehouse machines regularly and oversee general maintenance to avoid operational losses. Required Skill Sets: Understanding of warehouse processes. Ability to develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures. Knowledge of managing warehouse assets and maintaining warehouse layout for optimum space utilization. Experience in managing and optimizing inventory and supply chain logistics knowledge. Ensuring compliance and creating a safe working environment. Coordination with other departments for procurement and transportation of commodities to fulfill orders. Strong communication skills, with awareness of the local language. J-18808-Ljbffr
