About The Role We are looking for a Service Reliability Engineer excited about the following mission and outcomes for the next 6-12 months. Mission: To serve as the highest level of technical escalation within support, resolving complex issues, ensuring minimal downtime, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Collaborate with development, product management, and stakeholders to diagnose, troubleshoot, and improve products and services. Outcomes: Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Data teams to reproduce and resolve inquiries Support internal stakeholders on platform functionality questions Provide technical support via Zendesk, JIRA, and phone Identify fixes and develop code Configure cloud servers and networks Update database records Maintain knowledge base for self-service Minimum 5 years experience as a Software Engineer, ideally located in Singapore, Philippines, India, or Malaysia.
