Job Description
Role Overview: As the Project Director, you will oversee the full lifecycle of exhibition design and build projects—from initial briefing and concept development to fabrication, logistics, and on-site execution. You will work closely with clients, creatives, fabricators, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end exhibition and event projects across Asia Liaise directly with clients to understand objectives, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction Collaborate with design and production teams to translate briefs into actionable plans Oversee budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management Manage vendors, contractors, and on-site teams to ensure smooth execution Develop and maintain SOPs to optimize project workflows and team productivity Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance guidance to the project management team Requirements: Min. 8 years of experience in project management within exhibition/event/retail environments Proven track record managing regional or international projects Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills Fluent in English; Mandarin or regional language skills a plus Willing to travel for overseas projects when required Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Preferred: Background in design, architecture, events, or construction industries Familiarity with exhibition venues, regulations, and logistical challenges in Asia Why Join Us?
