Job Description

The Facilities Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a facility, focusing on maintenance, safety, and operational needs. This role involves managing day-to-day facility activities, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and supporting a safe and productive environment for employees and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security. Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, and maintenance personnel for repairs and installations. Monitor and maintain facility equipment, ensuring proper functioning and regular servicing. Conduct routine inspections to ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met. Manage facility inventory and supplies, ensuring availability of essential items. Respond to facility-related emergencies and issues promptly and effectively. Assist with budget preparation and manage expenses related to facility maintenance. Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role. Strong understanding of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
