Today, Bally is the unique Swiss luxury shoe and accessories brand. For our Flagship Store in Milan, we are currently looking for a Store Manager (Full-time). We are looking for exceptional candidates to join our team. Acting as the Ambassador of the brand, the Store Manager inspires and develops the team to successfully reach quantitative and qualitative targets by providing a unique in-store experience to the Bally clientele. The Store Manager is the owner and responsible for the achievement of the store target and the growth of the business, implementing and maintaining concrete actions in line with Bally Brand strategy, ensuring operative functioning and correct management of product, visual merchandising and operations, and the development of human resources in line with the “Retail Excellence” program, company policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Manage the business, ensuring sales targets are met, maximizing the business potential of the store and the sales by category. Guarantee excellence in store maintenance and image, ensuring appropriate store procedures’ implementation and efficient stock management. Drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the store according to the “Bally Client Journey”. Build effective relationships with new/existing Clients. Drive the store staff to exceed their KPIs, ensuring staff optimization vs business needs. Coach & Train store team members while motivating and retaining them. Desired Profile: Good analytical skills and results-driven. Excellent leadership skills set by example. Strong communication and people management skills. Team Motivator. Passionate and Inspiring. Customer-oriented. Networking. Owner & responsible sense. Attention to detail, high level of stress management. Strong Passion and Knowledge of Fashion Luxury Retail Sector. Experience & Education: More than 5 years of experience in the luxury/retail environment with at least 2 years in a managerial position. English is a must. A second language is preferable.
