Then join our Remote Support Center (RSC) Organization in Siemens Healthineers as Apprenticeship who will be trained in 30 months as Customer Support for Italy. This is a role well suited to an ambitious young graduate, looking for the next step in their career. Your role: You support internal and external customers remotely and provide excellent support service for our Core Lab Solutions Product Portfolio (Diagnostics Systems for Laboratory Analysis). You contribute to service incidents management via our Siemens incident management process. You interact with our customers and other internal Support Teams ensuring “Best-in-Class” reactive, proactive, and interactive Support. You troubleshoot a variety of application issues. You provide technical on-site support at a national level with a potential development to international level, in close liaison with Customer Service management. This may require you to travel to a customer site. Your expertise: You are under 29 years old. You have a university degree or equivalent. You have strong communication skills in Italian, and you have good English skills. You are available to travel occasionally. You have good interpersonal and communication skills; you are able to deal with colleagues and customers at all levels, you are able to develop positive customer relationships, and you are used to working in a team.
