As part of the Finance Department, Controlling Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: Lead the forecast processes Lead the management closing process Manage and develop controlling team Analyze and monitor actual performances and related budget variances Sales promotions analysis P&L control Corporate reference for any management issue Stores' openings and remodeling evaluation Be a business partner for all the other departments supporting them in any management issues Capex monitoring Contribute to spread the finance culture within the organization Who we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field 7 years of controlling experience, including team leadership Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proven experience managing forecasting, budgeting, and P&L analysis Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Retail experience is a plus Strong business acumen and ability to act as a strategic business partner to other departments.
