Job Description
Oppeano, Italy ADHR GROUP, a branch of Verona, is seeking for a client company operating in the sector an Administrative Assistant Part-Time . Responsibilities: Manage relationships with clients and suppliers Prepare transportation documentation and shipping-related paperwork Handle invoicing Manage accounting entries and issue credit notes Oversee general administration and accounting tasks Requirements: Diploma or degree aligned with the role Previous experience in an administrative office Good knowledge of IT tools Additional Details: Working hours: Part-time, Monday to Friday Location: Vallese di Oppeano Contract: Initial fixed-term contract through employment agency, aimed at permanent hiring in the company The applications are open to candidates of both genders in accordance with Law 903/77 and Law 125/91.
