Job Description
Bergamo, Italy Gifrab Italia SpA, a historic leader in the Fashion Retail sector with over 100 stores, is seeking a Regional Retail Manager for Northern Italy to support its growth projects. The ideal candidate comes from structured retail environments, possesses high technical and professional skills, and has proven experience managing a network of stores aimed at achieving sales targets and ensuring quality and quantity of sales. Responsibilities: Define strategies and sales objectives in collaboration with the Commercial Management, proposing programs to increase profitability. Ensure the achievement of sales, margin, and profitability goals through coordination of Area Managers, analyzing and monitoring sales performance, and controlling costs. Achieve key performance indicators across stores. Implement appropriate actions and tools aligned with company policies, values, and brand image. Promote store growth and efficiency by optimizing resource utilization. Participate in defining commercial policies, product selection, customer targeting, and marketing calendars. Ensure high customer service standards as per company standards. Manage relationships with franchising partners. Develop and monitor policies, processes, and procedures for stores, ensuring efficiency and high operational standards. Contribute to staffing planning and budget definition. Manage and coordinate the team of Area Managers, overseeing HR functions and staff development. Organize and motivate sales teams to meet business goals and develop their skills. Define strategies with Area Managers for store management and coordinate activities. Ensure the proper organization and standard compliance of stores. Supervise store activities, resources, and data management. Coordinate activities with headquarters functions to maximize strategic effectiveness. Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in a similar retail position; experience in the clothing sector is preferred. Degree in Economics or equivalent. Strong knowledge in retail planning and management, network coordination, and use of information tools. Project management skills. Fluent in spoken and written English. Leadership, organizational, communication, and relational skills; problem-solving and adaptability; proactive and energetic attitude; stress management; willingness to travel.
