You will be responsible for the point of sale of a renowned company in the large-scale retail sector and will handle: Personnel management; Planning and supervision of daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning from cash registers to product displays; Customer service: ensuring a positive shopping experience, resolving issues, and meeting customer needs; Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to improve results; Inventory control: managing stock to ensure products are always available and well presented; Planning and implementing promotional activities to increase sales and attract new customers. Requirements: Previous experience in the GDO sector and in store management roles; Ability to manage and motivate staff; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Customer orientation and problem-solving skills; Flexibility in working hours and availability to work on weekends and holidays; Knowledge of main IT tools and store management software; Own transportation (car). Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday during store opening hours. Salary based on experience.
