Job Opportunity: Junior Key Account Manager JOB ITALIA SPA, an employment agency authorized by the Ministry of Labour (Min. Lavoro n° 13/I/0001610/03.01 del 05/02/2010), Perugia branch, is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager for a leading company in the packaging industry based in Pomezia (Rome). The company specializes in creating innovative packaging and display materials. Responsibilities: Visit assigned clients Research new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones Provide technical assistance and consultation to clients Handle complaints and communicate with the relevant customer service Receive customer orders and transmit them to the sales department for quotes and proposals Prepare visit reports Manage customer follow-ups Qualifications: Previous experience as a Key Account Manager in structured medium-large companies Technical diploma and/or degree in Economics Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude Negotiation and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel English proficiency at least B2 level Additional Information: Type of contract: Initial fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday Work location: Pomezia (Rome) The vacancy is open to all genders, ages, and nationalities, in accordance with laws 903/77 and 125/91, and legislative decrees 215/03 and 216/03.
