Please visit our website for more information about what we do. We are seeking a capable individual to coordinate a range of activities, from simple to complex. This role provides onsite/on-call assistance to end-users within the organization's desktop computing environment to ensure optimal service delivery. IT Skills and Experience Act as a single point of contact for the technical team in front of the customer. Provide IT infrastructure desktop support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and OS issues, resolving problems without impacting hardware warranty. Offer desk-side support and PC break/fix, including basic administration of Windows OS, anti-spyware, antivirus software, VPN & RDP issues. Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, printers, laptops, and peripherals, as well as desktop applications. Provide smart-hand support for peripherals and networking hardware, including monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, racks, and data panels. Collaborate with SCCM team for software distribution, patching, and imaging technologies. Perform imaging for repairs and new deployments. Ensure effective communication and quick resolution during critical incidents. Participate in onsite meetings, including outage calls. Coordinate with vendors and third-party suppliers to resolve issues. Register, confirm, and route incident tickets appropriately, escalating unresolved tickets per procedures. Be available for on-call support as scheduled. Manage stock, inventory, and assets. Adhere to quality and security standards defined for the engagement.
