As a part of your career development, you will help design, develop, and implement systems architecture tailored to meet their evolving needs in a rapidly changing legal landscape. Your role involves gathering requirements for designing and implementing ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or other tax technology solutions to meet digital tax reporting requirements, including e-invoicing, e-reporting, and e-audit. You will work with an experienced team to ensure our clients have the right data, processes, and systems for the future. Key responsibilities Evaluate client tax and business requirements to design optimal Digital Reporting Mandates solutions supporting digital tax requirements. Design, build, and integrate tax requirements into e-invoicing/e-reporting solutions and wider ERP systems. Assess existing systems architecture and collaborate with technical teams to recommend improvements or alternative solutions. Analyze the impact of technical decisions and resolve technical issues as they arise. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, keeping them informed of challenges, risks, and progress. Provide updates on product development, costs, budgets, and achievements. Research emerging technologies (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and propose enhancements as part of Deloitte's Tax ERP Value Proposition. Qualifications and Experience Required MBA, Chartered Accountant, or Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounts with experience in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation. 3-4 years of experience in Tax, ERPs, and Tax Technology. Hands-on experience with ERP and tax technology solutions (SAP, Oracle, Edicom, Pagero, SOVOS, etc.). Proven experience in solution architecture design for Tax, ERP, and Tax Technology. Experience with SAP Document & Reporting Compliance or similar solutions addressing digital reporting mandates. Knowledge of project methodologies like Agile and Waterfall, and how tax engine deployment fits within them. Experience with SAP modules (FI, MM, SD) and tax procedures, configurations, and intercompany scenarios. ERP migration experience and ability to prepare functional specifications and configurations. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. Desire to learn new skills and technologies, with the ability to work independently and in team environments.
