Job Description
Job Description: Are you passionate about bringing connectivity to underserved customers? Do you want to work in a dynamic team building, launching, and operating a satellite service for consumers from the ground up? Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. We are seeking a talented individual to deliver Europe Business Analytics. This role involves developing and optimizing metrics to track business growth, subscriber acquisition, and demand planning, as well as monitoring field operations volume, customer contacts, and inventory trends for operational planning in Europe. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who upholds high standards across various domains, manages responsibilities with significant business impact, and communicates effectively with executive audiences. They should be comfortable collaborating with data science and engineering teams to leverage data and infrastructure, as well as working with business teams to quantify impact and develop strategic roadmaps. This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware subject to export control laws, including EAR and ITAR regulations. Employment is contingent upon obtaining necessary export licenses or approvals from the U.S. government. The candidate must be eligible to obtain such licenses based on nationality, citizenship, and other factors. Key Responsibilities: Create scalable customer insight mechanisms (e.g., conjoint analysis). Define metrics to identify drivers of subscriber acquisition, retention, and overall business health. Develop recurring insights on competitors and pricing trends. Collaborate with Regional Leads to identify gaps and trends, driving actionable insights across Europe. Prepare comprehensive strategy documents considering various data sources and stakeholder inputs. Enable decision-making by aggregating and presenting data in digestible formats. Design standardized data models in data warehouses for analysis and reporting. Work with product teams to identify gaps and trends. Analyze large datasets using query and visualization tools. Basic Qualifications: Experience analyzing and interpreting data with tools like Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, etc. Proficiency in statistical concepts and techniques (distributions, confidence intervals, time series, regression, clustering). Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R), root cause analysis, process design, and control. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Quicksight. Experience in data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines. Proficiency in SQL and scripting (Python) for data processing. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in technology, media, telecommunications, satellite internet, or subscription services. Experience with AWS solutions like EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift. Experience in data mining, ETL processes, and managing large, complex datasets in a business environment. J-18808-Ljbffr
