As an Information Systems Expert, you will provide excellent innovative systems to support our Logistics operations. Your Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for local information systems, responsible for gathering and analyzing functional logistics requirements from external and internal customers. Supervise and monitor the proper functioning of information systems, conducting ongoing maintenance activities focused mainly around Blue Yonder WMS. Create and update documentation of implemented and configured processes and systems, including change logs for all modifications. Design and implement integrations between customer ERPs and other satellite systems to meet business needs and ensure efficient goods workflow. Develop, implement, and deliver training to key users to support learning and enable stakeholders to independently operate the systems, considering the average user learning curve. Conduct continuous improvement activities related to local WMSs and other information systems to maximize efficacy, resolve issues, and facilitate goods workflow. Provide Functional Requirements Specifications to developers for new features required by WMS. Your Skills and Experiences 2–5 years of experience in a 3PL company, focused on WMS implementations. Proven success in completing projects related to information systems commissioning, software integration, calibration, or troubleshooting. Deep knowledge of information systems such as ERPs and WMSs used in operational environments like warehouses or factories. Experience working in metric-oriented and data analysis environments with strict SLAs and deadlines, utilizing ticketing systems to prioritize issues and tasks. J-18808-Ljbffr
