Position: Chef de Partie The Chef de Partie will supervise the assigned station/section of the outlet kitchen to prepare consistent, high-quality products and ensure courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service. The role reports directly to the Pastry Chef. Main Duties and Responsibilities Deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times. Provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate. Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries courteously and efficiently, ensuring problems are satisfactorily resolved. Oversee the assigned station/section and relevant associates to ensure food is prepared according to standards. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the station/section at all times. Follow standard recipes and minimize waste to help keep food costs in line with the budget. Train associates in the preparation and presentation of menu items. Suggest alternative menu items, meet specific customer requests, and interact with customers to exceed culinary expectations. Ensure all company minimum brand standards are implemented, and optional standards are adopted where appropriate. Collaborate supportively with other departments in a spirit of teamwork. Stay updated on the availability of seasonal and new products. Handle operating equipment and supplies carefully to minimize damage and wastage. Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience as Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel. 2-3 years’ experience as Demi Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel.
