Job Opportunity: Junior Key Account Manager JOB ITALIA SPA, an authorized employment agency (Min. Lavoro n° 13/I/0001610/03.01 del 05/02/2010), Perugia branch, is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager for a leading packaging and display material company based in Pomezia (Rome). Responsibilities include: Visiting assigned clients Searching for new clients and strengthening existing relationships Providing technical assistance and consulting to clients Managing complaints and communicating with customer service Receiving customer orders and forwarding to the sales department for quotations and proposals Drafting visit reports Managing customer reminders Requirements: Previous experience as a Key Account Manager in structured medium-large companies Technical diploma and/or degree in Economics Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude Negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel English language skills at least B2 level Additional Information: Type of contract: initial fixed-term with the possibility of permanent employment Working hours: full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday Location: Pomezia (Rome) The position is open to all genders, ages, and nationalities, in accordance with laws 903/77 and 125/91, and legislative decrees 215/03 and 216/03.
