To strengthen the team, we are seeking a candidate for the following role: Responsibilities: Define the optimal times for harvesting fruits and vegetables in collaboration with farmers. Assess and monitor the productive status of crops. Estimate production and oversee seasonal progress. Ensure the quality of shipped products by visiting farmers' facilities and supervising quality standards. Check the quality of processed products in the packaging warehouse and ensure compliance with quality standards. Manage audits and inspections with farmers. Handle non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions. Requirements: Experience in managing horticultural products. Diploma in agriculture or degree in agricultural engineering. Knowledge of drupaceous, pome, and actinidia fruits. Experience in working with farmers. Contract type: permanent. Company car provided.
