Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive the organization's growth and efficiency. Job Responsibilities Provide the overall framework and boundaries within which a technical solution can reside, including appropriate tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (including SaaS). Offer a clear vision for platform requirements concerning quality, security, cost, and viability. Maintain proper architecture documentation and catalogues, ensuring their correctness. Define, in collaboration with the Tech community, our high-level tech strategy, including vision and roadmaps (6, 12, and 18 months), aligning it with domain-specific strategies. Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in product roadmaps, participating in their analysis where applicable. Maintain an enterprise-level log of architectural risks and opportunities. Document the Tech Strategy, including high-level targets at the domain level. Engage with the business community during programme discoveries. Act as SME for cross-business process implementations over current platforms. Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analyses. Support the Product Community in delivery outcomes. Operate outside delivery teams but stay informed of changes, without hierarchical authority over Solution Architects. Ensure architecture documentation is updated with delivery evolutions. Guarantee platform integrity in all delivery outcomes. Create a collaborative Architecture Community, collecting and analyzing innovative ideas and technologies. Be an evangelist for frameworks, values, and vision, representing HB at tech events. Enhance the current architecture framework, especially for Java and Angular-based platforms.
