Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Manager Location: Tizzano Val Parma, Italy Contract: Permanent, full-time About the Company The company specializes in manufacturing and marketing sports equipment for both sports centers and private individuals, with a core focus on home gym products. Founded in 2007, the company aims to create the best equipment for Functional Training and Strength & Conditioning. The Role You will be responsible for managing the supply chain, with a specific focus on import activities from abroad, accounting for approximately 70% of operations. Your Responsibilities Manage import operations from foreign countries, especially China and others, and coordinate procurement activities within Italy. Develop and optimize warehouse and logistics processes, ensuring efficiency and cost reduction. Handle customs documentation for import operations and ensure compliance with current regulations. Monitor supply chain performance and implement continuous improvement strategies. Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure an optimal and timely flow of materials. Candidate Profile Degree in Management Engineering or related field. Proven experience in supply chain and warehouse management, with good knowledge of import processes and documentation. Good command of the English language. Advanced knowledge of software for planning and monitoring logistics operations. Problem-solving attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
