The role involves: Managing the company's logistics hub. Developing strategies to optimize logistics and warehouse flows, collaborating with Operations Managers to monitor production and personnel management, and liaising with the finance department to oversee economic performance. Maintaining and managing union relations. Supervising safety compliance and ensuring all safety regulations are followed. Requirements: Proven experience managing a semi-automated HUB with a significant number of resources. Authority and leadership skills. Ability to manage personnel effectively. Strong problem-solving skills. Immediate availability and willingness to work night shifts. The contractual terms and compensation package will be discussed during the interview. Work hours: Night shift (availability for day shifts if operational needs arise), Monday to Friday. Work location: Interporto di Bentivoglio (BO).
