Partner with the best In this role, you'll be responsible for generating algorithms suited to business needs, satisfying stakeholder requirements. You'll work towards achieving target goals within the broader Digital strategy for customer services, collaborating with cross-functional teams. As a Lead Data Scientist, you will be responsible for: Developing models and algorithms/analytics within assigned projects, considering the technical aspects; using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements. Ensuring the use of state-of-the-art methodologies to carry out your work in the most productive and effective way. Leading conference/journal publications and patent filings. Preparing all relevant technical documentation related to the development phase, consistent with engineering policies and procedures. Working in a cross-functional environment aligned with customer and business/product needs, and with the global digital strategy. Ensuring alignment of solutions with the latest product requirements and digital trends, promoting artificial intelligence adoption. Fuel your passion To succeed in this role, you should have: A degree in Engineering or Statistics with significant experience in Digitalization. Good knowledge of digital trends, Industry 4.0 topics, artificial intelligence, data acquisition systems, and signal processing. Proven Python programming skills. Good knowledge of thermodynamics and/or rotordynamics, supported by practical experience. Clarity in thinking: make decisions quickly and accurately based on the best available information. Fluency in English (Italian knowledge is also preferred) and hold an EU passport.
