YOUR ROLE In accordance with the company's global roadmap, you will be in charge of leading the deployment of real-time Data Warehouse and connected applications across all the factories of the company. To do this, you will be in close contact with the BE and FE Operations partners, Support Functions, DTIT, and the software solution providers whose coordination you must ensure. You will drive the expert community and the action plan to reach in all manufacturing Operations a high rate of WIP flow automatized scheduling, enabling productivity, cycle time, and predictability improvements. You will support the Operations in their transformation journey toward driven manufacturing, defining information systems with real-time data reporting and full Fab scheduling. Identify the different data sources in the site's information systems Draft the Scope Of Works to identify the project scope with the Fab and the supplier Draft the new functional requirements reported by the users (User Requirement Definition) Animate the project kickoff meetings Animate the Obeya to monitor all project actions to ensure adherence to the project schedule, to identify and address blocking points as quickly as possible Facilitate interactions with the various specialists involved in the project: end users, Industrial Engineering, DTIT, supplier Facilitate workshops between multiple sites to ensure the harmonization of deployments and the standardization of developments, as well as exchanges between the different project teams Set up and monitor project KPI YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Master's degree in computer science, data science, industrial engineering 5 years in a semiconductor Fab Project management experience Ability to work in a team / communicate / listen Adaptability to different situations Spirit of curiosity, innovation Observation / analysis / diagnosis Thoroughness / autonomy / synthesis English business proficiency Italian speaker is a plus We encourage candidates who may not meet every single requirement to apply, as we appreciate diverse perspectives and provide opportunities for growth and learning.
