Requirements: Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree Fluent English (C1) Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM, SAP Minimum experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills, team adaptability, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn Responsibilities: The selected candidate will work in the Customer Support area, handling customer requests and managing company documents (orders, shipments, invoices, returns, DDT, and contracts). Tasks include order entry and monitoring, shipment management, stock availability checks, customer support, complaint handling, and after-sales assistance.
