We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer (Emilia Romagna) , who will conduct service, repair, and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnoses system failures and determines the most cost-effective solutions. Escalates complex issues to higher levels of technical support or quality reporting systems. May develop new customer service/product agreements. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. In addition, he/she will demonstrate the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems, and implement solutions. He/she will be able to communicate honestly, listen effectively, and create empathy with customers, colleagues, and collaborators. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical customer support and on-site assistance to our customers. Escalate complex issues to higher levels of technical support. Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferable or a Secondary School Diploma in biotech, technical, or electronic fields; proficient English is mandatory. Open to travel (driving license is mandatory). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
