BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB Follow the operational planning of VM activations, including prioritization, timeline development, and process improvements to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders and the Design team on implementation to meet deadlines and budgets. In This Role, You Will Follow the development of seasonal window cycles, pop-in, and pop-up activations. Support the VM Operations team, ensuring alignment with regional and cross-functional partners, considering quantity, production, schedules, delivery, and budgets. Collaborate with the Design Studio and suppliers to keep timelines and budgets within scope. Track and communicate schedules to support on-time delivery. Manage the process from Design Studio briefing to execution, connecting markets and suppliers. Organize priorities among stakeholders, translating strategy into actionable plans, managing multiple projects with varying timelines. Anticipate and resolve roadblocks, escalating issues promptly. Prioritize tasks among stakeholders, managing multiple projects with different timelines. Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
