Snowflake Architect - ETL/SQL

Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Snowflake Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of data solutions using Snowflake. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing, cloud data platforms, and a deep understanding of data architecture and ETL processes. Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement scalable data architecture solutions using Snowflake. - Lead data integration, transformation, and ingestion processes using Snowflake, SQL, and ETL tools. - Optimize Snowflake environments for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. - Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Establish best practices for Snowflake usage, security, and data governance. - Migrate existing data warehouses to Snowflake from legacy systems (e.g., Teradata, Redshift, etc.). - Develop and enforce standards and architecture patterns for cloud-based data platforms. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune data processes for reliability and : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. - 8 years of experience in data engineering/architecture roles. - 3 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake. - Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Expertise in SQL, data modeling (star/snowflake schema), and performance tuning. - Experience with ETL tools like Informatica (ref:hirist.tech)
