Information Technology Project Manager

Role : (IT) Information Technology Project Manager with SDLC. Location : Gurgaon, Bangalore, Pune. Hybrid model. Notice immediate. Key Responsibility Areas : Planning & Estimation : - Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Develop the overall plan for the project, ensuring that all tracks are effectively planned. - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Utilize Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as required. - Run daily stand-up meetings to track progress. - Undertake estimation of the project in terms of time and staffing the right people. - Present alternative approaches for estimates and scope decisions that meet clients objectives. - Negotiate scope changes to produce win-win results. - Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders. - Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with IT standards. Stakeholder Management : - Manage third-party partner and/or vendor relationships, as necessary. - Manage relationships with the team leads across geographies. Issue and Risk Management : - Identify and track issues and risks in the project. - Create and analyses reports on track status, issues and risks and report the major risks and issues to the Project leadership and stakeholders. - Assess business impact of issues and risks to the project. - Drive issue and risk resolution solutions to ensure effective delivery and mitigation of the business impact. Quality : - Analyze project metrics to ensure compliance to quality. - Promote the value of project processes and establishes these processes on the project. Client Management : - Understand the clients business drivers and ensure that client priorities are addressed. - Engage the client appropriately to solicit feedback at every stage. - Explain the tradeoffs and impact involved in designing the technical aspects of the solution to the client and the team. Team management : - Manage resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide leadership to a team of track leads in during the execution of the project. - Clarify and communicate key track roles and responsibilities are for the team. - Build a positive, collaborative working environment for the team. - Coach and mentor the team to help them deliver to the client expectation. Commercials Management : - Manage the project actual versus forecasted spend. (ref:hirist.tech)
