Job Title : Incharge - UPI Development & Support Location : Mumbai Experience : 15 Years Key Responsibilities : - UPI Development & Integration: Lead the development and implementation of UPI-related services aligned with standards, Coordinate UPI SDK/API integration across mobile and third-party platforms. - Application Management: Manage full lifecycle of the UPI application, including versioning, enhancements, and performance optimization, Ensure scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance of UPI services, Oversee the integration of UPI systems with core banking and digital channels. - Production Support & Monitoring: Ensure real-time monitoring and proactive issue resolution in the production environment, Utilize tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and custom alerting systems for continuous performance monitoring, Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive action planning for any outages/incidents. - Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Infrastructure, QA, InfoSec, Customer Service), Act as the primary technical contact for NPCI and other external partners related to UPI systems, Present updates on UPI projects and system health to senior management. - Documentation & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date documentation for UPI implementations, change logs, and operational procedures, Ensure audit readiness and compliance with data privacy and security Skills : Languages/Frameworks: Java 17 and above, Monitoring Tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Messaging & Streaming: Apache Kafka, Databases: Cassandra (NoSQL), SQL-based systems, Experience in microservices architecture, containerization, and CI/CD practices preferred.
