Job Description : SAP ABAP EWM Developer (Hybrid - PAN INDIA) Job Title : SAP ABAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Developer Location : PAN INDIA (Hybrid Model - Requires on-site presence as per project requirements) Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP ABAP EWM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in SAP ABAP programming and a deep understanding of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) processes. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions to optimize warehouse operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. This position demands a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional Responsibilities : Custom ABAP Development : - Develop, maintain, and enhance custom ABAP programs within the SAP EWM environment, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms. - Write efficient and optimized ABAP code, adhering to SAP best practices and coding standards. - Perform thorough unit testing and debugging to ensure code quality and functionality. - Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs to improve system Analysis and Solution Design : - Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to gather and analyze business requirements related to EWM processes. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design robust and scalable solutions. - Develop technical documentation, including functional specifications, technical design documents, and test Configuration and Optimization : Configure and customize SAP EWM functionalities, including but not limited to : - Radio Frequency (RF) Framework. - Post Processing Framework (PPF) Actions. - Monitor Framework. - Warehouse Task (WT) and Warehouse Order (WO) management. - Picking, packing, and shipping processes. - Inventory management and stock movements. - Optimize EWM processes to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy. - Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues related to Expertise : - Utilize Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP) principles to design and develop reusable and maintainable code. - Implement enhancements using Business Add-Ins (BADIs) and User Exits. - Develop and modify Smart Forms and Adobe Forms for customized output. - Work with SAP data dictionary objects (tables, views, data elements, domains). - Develop and maintain interfaces using various integration technologies (e.g., IDocs, RFCs, Web and Collaboration : - Ensure seamless integration of EWM with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, business users, and IT support, to deliver effective solutions. - Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on development progress. - troubleshoot issues related to system and Training : - Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. - Provide knowledge transfer and training to end-users and support teams. - Create test scripts, and perform Skills and Experience : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a focus on SAP EWM. - Strong proficiency in ABAP programming, including OOABAP, BADIs, and Smart Forms. - In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM functionalities and processes. - Experience with RF Framework, PPF Actions, and Monitor Framework. - Understanding of SAP integration technologies (IDocs, RFCs, Web Services). - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with debugging tools. - Understanding of SAP transport management Skills : - SAP EWM certification. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM. - Knowledge of Fiori development. - Experience with SAP HANA. - Knowledge of agile methodologies.
