Full Stack Developer - .Net/React.js

Job Description : A leading IT Services and Consulting Company is on a lookout to hire Dot Net Full stack Developers across multiple locations. We are seeking people having experience in technical skills like Azure.net, React.js and Azure Devops. They will be responsible for leading a group of technical people. They will be responsible for the full life cycle of the process, team handling, deliverables, reporting status to leadership and will be work closely with Technical Architect, Business Analyst, Product Owner, User interaction Designers, and other Software Engineers to provide best software solutions. Location : Anywhere in India Working Model : Hybrid (3 Days WFO) Responsibilities : - Collaborates with software designers to create detailed design specifications and participates in software architecture and system requirement reviews. - Solves complex technical problems with innovative, practical solutions and integrates internal/external product designs into a seamless user experience. - Leads Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. - Manages project reporting through dashboards, status updates, roadmaps, and tracking key metrics like burn down, velocity, and resource usage. - Ensures project success by aligning teams with budget, timeline, and scope, while facilitating decision-making and conflict resolution. - Provides technical leadership, promotes team self-organization, and escalates issues promptly to management. - Designs and develops enterprise-grade applications using React, C#, .Net Core/8, Node.js, and cloud platforms like Azure/AWS, including testing and performance tracking. Qualifications : - Full Stack Developer with strong experience in .NET Core/.NET 8, Node.js, React, Azure/AWS, SQL, and hands-on skills in microservices, RESTful APIs, and modern UI frameworks like React Native, Redux, Material, Bootstrap. - Proficient in DevOps practices and Azure services (AKS, Docker, Redis, App Services, Function Apps, Service Bus, etc.), with expertise in CI/CD tools like TFS, GitHub, Bitbucket, and Jenkins. - Strong understanding of SDLC models (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) and principles like SOLID, with practical experience in iterative development and unit testing automation. - Demonstrated experience in supply chain domain, multi-shore project handling, and technical ownership of end-to-end product/application development using Microsoft technologies. - Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills, with a high level of professional ethics and the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
