Data Scientist - Python

Location : Gurgaon Experience : 35 Years Stack : - Python (Scikit-learn, XGBoost, Pandas, NumPy) - Jupyter, SQL, PySpark - Airflow, MLflow, AWS Sagemaker (optional) - BI tools : PostHog, Amplitude, Tableau (nice-to-have) Responsibilities : - Build ML models for ad optimization, spend prediction, clustering, and automation - Translate platform data (Amazon, Flipkart) into insights - Develop recommendation systems for sellers (budget, campaigns, creatives) - Partner with product, BE, and DE to ship full-stack ML - Define success metrics and evaluate models continuously Requirements : - 35 years in data science, ML, or advanced analytics - Strong in Python ML ecosystem - Familiar with experimentation (A/B), business KPIs - Comfortable writing SQL and exploring large datasets - Bonus : experience with ads/retail/ecomm data modeling (ref:hirist.tech)
