Mandatory Skillset are required : - Extensive experience working with ServiceNow SPM/PPM modules. - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization. - ServiceNow certification(s) in SPM/PPM or related areas is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. ServiceNow SPM Developer About the Job : - We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Developer to join our dynamic team at a global leader in SaaS solutions. - As a ServiceNow SPM Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on the SPM/PPM (Project Portfolio Management) modules. - You will leverage your extensive experience to enhance our existing platform, build new functionalities, and ensure the effective management of our projects and portfolios. - This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge product and work with a talented global team in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities : ServiceNow SPM/PPM Development : Design, develop, customize, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow SPM/PPM modules to meet business Gathering and Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and development tasks. Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and implement robust and scalable solutions, including workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations within the ServiceNow and Configuration: Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including forms, lists, workflows, and notifications, to align with business processes. Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs within the ServiceNow platform, providing timely and effective Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including technical specifications, design documents, and user guides. Collaboration and Communication: Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to ensure successful project delivery. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform. Adherence to Best Practices: Follow established development standards and best practices to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance. Mandatory Skillset : - Extensive experience working with ServiceNow SPM/PPM modules. Deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and their implementation within ServiceNow. - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Familiarity with various project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and their application within the ServiceNow SPM/PPM modules. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to analyze complex requirements, identify issues, and develop effective solutions within the ServiceNow platform. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization. Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - ServiceNow certification(s) in SPM/PPM or related areas is a plus. Demonstrates a commitment to professional development and expertise in the ServiceNow platform. - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
