Position : Technical Project Manager Location : Bangalore Job Type : Full Time Notice Period : Immediate Key Responsibilities : - Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. - Coordinate and prioritize tasks, ensuring projects are executed according to plan. - Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential delays or issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively. - Communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders. - Prepare and present regular project reports to management and relevant teams. - Facilitate effective communication among team members, ensuring everyone is informed. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Proactively address challenges to minimize disruptions to project timelines. - Implement contingency plans to handle unforeseen issues. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and external partners. - Ensure client expectations are managed and aligned with project outcomes. - Allocate resources appropriately to ensure efficient project execution. - Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed. - Effectively manage changes in project scope, goals, or requirements. - Assess potential impact of changes and adjust plans accordingly. - Provide clear direction and leadership to project team members. - Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback. Must Haves : - Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. - PMP certification is a bonus. - 8 years of experience in project management or account implementation/account management. - Experience in handling product development in React Native and ReactJS technologies. - Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Thorough grasp of project management principles and planning. - Experience in handling product development in React Native and ReactJS technologies. - Quick adaptation to change. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. - Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail. - Outstanding customer service aptitude.
