Note : This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst at Senpiper Technologies India Private Limited. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering business requirements, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting business processes, and providing solutions to improve business efficiency. Job Title : Business Analyst Job Type : Full -Time, Permanent Salary : - 7,50,000 per annum Experience : 2 years Number Of Openings : 1 Roles & Responsibilities : Analyze and document business requirements. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Translate requirements into functional specifications. Write technical documentation and create test cases. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Facilitate meetings and workshops. Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation. Use collaboration tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 2 years of experience in business analysis and project management. Proven project management success. Strong client relationship management skills. Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on both qualitative and quantitative reasoning. Basic programming knowledge Familiarity with Python APIs and their integration. Understanding of systems architecture and APIs. Proficiency in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Strong knowledge of business documentation creation (e.g., BRD, FSD, SRS). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay updated with industry trends. Strong knowledge of Excel and JSON schemas.
