Job Description : Responsibilities : - Facilitate the implementation and configuration of SAP SD modules in the S/4HANA RISE environment. - Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and technical designs. - Configure SD master data, sales order processing, delivery management, billing, pricing, and related functionalities. - Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SD modules. - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests related to SD processes. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. - Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization. - Develop and maintain documentation for SD configurations and processes. - Analyze existing SD processes and identify opportunities for improvement. - Recommend and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and provide solutions. - Develop and deliver training materials for end-users. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ABAP developers, Basis administrators, and other functional consultants. - Communicate effectively with business users and stakeholders. - Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates. - Understand and work within the constraints and capabilities of the S/4HANA RISE environment. - Ensure compliance with RISE service level agreements (SLAs). - Coordinate with SAP and the managed service provider for any RISE-related issues. - Work on integration of SD with other SAP modules (MM, FI, CO) and external systems. Qualifications : Experience : - 5 years of experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant. - Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation. -Experience working in an S/4HANA RISE environment is highly preferred. Technical Skills : - Strong understanding of SAP SD modules and functionalities. - Experience with configuring SD master data, sales order processing, delivery management, billing, and pricing. - Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, CO). - Familiarity with ABAP debugging and basic understanding of ABAP code. - Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager is a plus. Soft Skills : - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong customer service orientation. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Education : - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field. - SAP SD certification is a plus. Preferred Qualifications : -Experience in a specific industry or domain relevant to the company's business. - Experience with SAP Fiori applications. - Experience with SAP Activate methodology. - Knowledge of EDI and IDoc processing. - Experience with SAP BRIM or other related billing solutions (ref:hirist.tech)
