What This Role Requires: In the role of Technical Lead, you will be a key contributor to MResult's mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Here is what you will do: - Dedicated in deriving innovative solutions to fulfil business requirements. - Working with Product team and business to understand the requirements and draft sustainable and scalable solution architecture based on existing tech stack. - Ability to lead a delivery governance initiative. Setting right standard and principles. - Leading multi-vendor technical team in building and deployment of end-to-end projects, ensuring seamless execution within the AWS environment. - Providing technical direction for the team on AWS cloud Instances, Snowflake database and React components, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Recommending innovative ideas and different ways of working to bring effective Solution delivery and business requirements. - Expertise in different phases of SDLC and good exposure in project resource planning and efforts estimate. Communicate and coordinate with PO/BA/End Users, Validation and Tech team to ensure successful delivery. - Coordinating with international stakeholders resulting in a consistent on-time delivery rate of 100% and enhanced project alignment and efficiency. Key Skills to Succeed in This Role : - Hands-On experienced Cloud Data Architect with minimum 10 years of experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams. - Well versed with designing and developing data pipelines, AI modelling and business intelligence solutions. - Hands-on experience in AWS, Data bricks, Snowflake Integration experience is must. - Familiar with Snowflake architecture warehouse implementation and management. - Proficient knowledge of cloud computing technologies. - Strong Python & Pyspark knowledge. - Experience on Fullstack application designing including React & Angular. - Understanding the accurate usage of GenAI capabilities and how it can be integrated - Expertise in executing multiple projects in parallel, manage the resources and meet the deliverables in time. - Act as the solution architect with responsibility for delivering the Architectural recommendations and the high-level design. - Accomplished in managing multiple project teams right from requirements gathering through design, implementation, and deployment. - Executed ETL processing on data lakes within AWS using Airflow, contributing to efficient data management and processing.
