Job Description

Key Responsibilities : - Lead and participate in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Supply Chain Fusion applications, with a focus on Procurement and Inventory modules. - Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Procurement modules (Purchasing, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Supplier Portal, Self Service Purchasing) and Fusion Inventory to meet business requirements. - Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. - Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing. - Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting. - Analyze and document existing business processes related to supply chain management. - Identify areas for improvement and recommend best practices. - Design and implement new business processes using Oracle Fusion SCM solutions. - Ensure alignment of Oracle SCM solutions with overall business objectives. - Maintain a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM architecture and functionality. - Provide technical guidance and support to development teams. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion SCM applications. - Perform data migration activities. - Understand and explain the integration points between different fusion modules, and between fusion and EBS. - Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, IT teams, and management. - Conduct training sessions for end-users. - Prepare and present project status reports and documentation. - Work with offshore and onsite teams. - Provide support and troubleshooting for Oracle E-Business Suite R12 SCM modules. - Understand the differences and similarities between Oracle Fusion SCM and Oracle E-Business Suite R12 SCM. - Participate in project planning and execution. - Manage tasks and timelines effectively. - Identify and mitigate project risks. Required Skills & Experience : - 8-11 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Supply Chain Fusion applications and Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12. - Minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations of Oracle Supply Chain modules, with at least 3 involving Oracle Fusion. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement modules : - Purchasing - Sourcing - Procurement Contracts - Supplier Portal - Self Service Purchasing - Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Inventory. - Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 SCM modules. - Strong understanding of SCM operational business practices. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with data migration and integration. - Experience with testing methodologies. Preferred Qualifications : - Oracle Fusion SCM certifications. - Experience with other Oracle Fusion modules, such as Order Management or Manufacturing. - Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions. - Experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
