SAP S/4HANA/Cloud Technical Support Engineer

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Technical Support Engineer Location : Pune, Maharashtra, India About the Job : Talent Worx is seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of our clients' SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition environments. You will be responsible for providing expert technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing best practices to maintain a stable and efficient cloud ERP landscape. Responsibilities : - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents and service requests related to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, adhering to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent solutions. - Configure and optimize SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system settings to ensure optimal performance, stability, and security. - Implement and maintain system configurations based on business requirements and SAP best practices. - Manage and troubleshoot integrations between SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and third-party applications. - Develop and maintain integration documentation and procedures. - Utilize SAP Cloud ALM for proactive monitoring, diagnostics, and automation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition environments. - Configure and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerts. - Support system upgrades, patch management, and security compliance activities. - Ensure adherence to SAP's release management processes. - Optimize and troubleshoot SAP Fiori applications, key user tools, and API-based integrations. - Provide technical guidance on Fiori development and API usage. - Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and cloud security standards. - Implement and maintain security controls and configurations. - Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition architecture, configuration options, and automation tools. - Proficiency in key functional areas, including finance, procurement, and supply chain processes. - Extensive experience with SAP Cloud ALM for monitoring, diagnostics, and automation. - Strong understanding of integration frameworks, including APIs, web services, and middleware. - Understanding of multi-tenant cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and extensibility options. - Knowledge of SAP security protocols and best practices. - Proficiency in troubleshooting SAP Fiori applications, API-based integrations, and performance tuning. - Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. Qualifications : - Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP technical support, preferably with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. - Relevant SAP certifications (SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition) are highly desirable. - Experience with SAP BTP is a plus.
