We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Oracle CC&B Architect to join our dynamic team in India. Job Summary : As an Oracle CC&B Architect at TechWise Digital, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) solutions. You will provide technical leadership, ensuring that our CC&B implementations meet the business requirements and align with industry best practices. Your expertise in system architecture, data integration, and project management will be crucial in driving successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement Oracle CC&B solutions that align with business objectives and requirements. - Design and maintain the system architecture for Oracle CC&B applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. - Conduct thorough system analysis to identify business requirements, gaps, and potential solutions. - Lead data migration strategies to ensure seamless transitions to new systems or upgrades. - Design and implement data integration solutions between Oracle CC&B and other enterprise applications. - Ensure data integrity and consistency across all integrated systems. - Provide technical leadership during all phases of development and implementation, from planning to deployment. - Define and enforce best practices for system development, deployment, and maintenance. - Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules. - Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. - Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability. - Conduct performance tuning and scaling of large systems to ensure optimal performance. - Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure organizational readiness for future challenges. - Facilitate user training and develop support engagement strategies. - Document system architecture, configurations, workflows, and technical specifications. - Assist in the evaluation and selection of software and technology tools. - Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to billing operations. Required Qualifications : - Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle CC&B implementation and architecture. - Proven expertise in architectural design principles and methodologies for Oracle CC&B. - Strong knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Oracle Database) and data integration techniques. - Experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects. - Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. - Proficiency in programming languages relevant to Oracle applications (e.g., PL/SQL, Java). - Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Certification in Oracle CC&B is highly desirable. - Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to billing operations. - Experience with performance tuning and scaling of large systems. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong customer orientation and understanding of user experience design. - Willingness to travel as required for project implementations.
