Zensar Technologies - ETL Developer - Informatica/Power Center

Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement ETL jobs using industry-standard ETL tools (Informatica PowerCenter, Talend, SSIS). - Extract data from various sources such as databases (relational, NoSQL), flat files, APIs, and cloud platforms. - Transform data using techniques such as data cleansing, data enrichment, data aggregation, and data masking. Load transformed data into data warehouses, data marts, and other target systems. - Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs to ensure data quality and timely delivery. - Optimize ETL processes for performance and efficiency. Develop and maintain data quality checks and validation rules. - Collaborate with business analysts and data analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Document ETL processes and maintain technical documentation. - Stay up-to-date with the latest ETL technologies and best practices. Qualifications : - Total IT Experience : 5 years Relevant ETL Development - Experience : 2 years Strong Knowledge of ETL Concepts : Data extraction, transformation, loading, data warehousing, data quality - Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python, Shell scripting) - Experience with one or more ETL tools (Informatica PowerCenter, Talend, SSIS preferred) - Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and results-driven.
