Job Description : - MSD Business Analyst/ Consultant. Exp: 5 - 8 Yrs. Location: Pune/Hyd/Blr/Kolkata/Chennai. Responsibilities : - Provide expert consulting services related to Microsoft Dynamics ERP, CRM, and Power Platform solutions. - Analyze client business processes and requirements to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Design and implement MSD solutions that align with client business needs and objectives. - Configure and customize MSD applications to meet specific client requirements. - Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders. - Document and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical specifications. - Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for development teams. - Develop detailed solution designs and technical specifications. - Configure and customize MSD applications, including workflows, forms, and reports. - Integrate MSD solutions with other systems and applications. - Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality and functionality. - Manage project tasks and timelines using Agile methodologies (Sprints/Scrum). - Utilize JIRA for project tracking, issue management, and collaboration. - Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders. - Collaborate with development teams, QA teams, and other project members. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Provide training and support to end-users. - Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, technical specifications, and user manuals. - Share knowledge and best practices with team members. - Stay up-to-date with the latest MSD features and technologies. Key Skills : - Extensive consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP, CRM, and Power Platform solutions. - Strong understanding of MSD modules and functionalities. - Experience in configuring and customizing MSD applications. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Sprints/Scrum). - Experience in managing projects using Agile frameworks. - Strong working knowledge of JIRA for project management, issue tracking, and collaboration. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to gather and analyze business requirements. - Experience in process mapping and business process improvement. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - - Strong client relationship management skills. - Understanding of database concepts and SQL. - Familiarity with web services and APIs. - Experience with data migration and integration. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5-8 years of experience in MSD consulting or business analysis. - - Proven experience in implementing and supporting MSD solutions. Preferred Qualifications : - Microsoft Dynamics certifications. - Experience in specific industry verticals (retail, manufacturing, finance). - Knowledge of cloud-based MSD solutions (Dynamics 365).
