SAP MM/HANA Consultant - Implementation & Support

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced SAP MM HANA Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of the SAP Materials Management (MM) module, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA integration. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience in SAP MM, ensuring seamless procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations. This role requires a deep understanding of IDoc processing, interface design, and integration scenarios, as well as strong client-facing and communication skills. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align SAP MM solutions with business objectives, enabling real-time data analytics and enhanced decision-making. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and execute SAP MM implementations with at least 4 full-cycle projects, including SAP S/4HANA transformations. - Configure and optimize procure-to-pay (P2P), inventory management, and related processes in SAP MM HANA. - Manage IDoc processing, interface design, and integration scenarios with other SAP and non-SAP systems. - Work in Agile environments, ensuring fast and efficient project execution. - Act as a trusted advisor, providing business process improvements and best practices in SAP MM. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical teams (ABAP), and business stakeholders to drive project success. - Ensure smooth system integration and troubleshoot technical configuration issues as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 10 years of SAP MM experience, with a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA. - Expertise in procurement, inventory management, and SAP MM-related integration. - Hands-on experience in IDoc processing, interface design, and troubleshooting integration issues. - Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and ability to work in fast-paced environments. - Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Good to Have : - Experience collaborating with ABAP/technical teams for custom developments. - Exposure to technical troubleshooting and system configuration in SAP MM HANA.
