Position : Senior Salesforce Developer/Ncino Developer. Exp : 8 years. : Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad & Kolkata. : : - Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions within the nCino platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and architectural standards. - Customize and configure the nCino platform, including workflows, business rules, data models, and user interfaces, to meet specific client needs. - Develop high-quality and efficient code using Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components. - Integrate the nCino platform with other internal and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration patterns. - Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, data models, and implementation guides. - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. - Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs within the nCino environment, providing timely and effective solutions. - Collaborate effectively with functional nCino consultants, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. - Stay up-to-date with the latest nCino platform releases, Salesforce updates, and industry best practices, continuously enhancing your technical skills and knowledge. - Optimize nCino solutions for performance, scalability, and security, adhering to Salesforce best practices and governor limits. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices within the development team. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies. - Potentially lead and mentor junior developers on the team, providing technical guidance and Skills : - nCino Platform Expertise : Deep and comprehensive understanding of the nCino platform architecture, data model, and functionalities across various modules (e.g., Loan Origination, Servicing, Deposits). - Salesforce Development : Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including : 1. Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Schedulable Apex) 2. Visualforce Pages and Components 3. Lightning Web Components (LWC) 4. Aura Components 5. Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL) - Salesforce Configuration : Extensive experience with Salesforce declarative development tools, including : 1. Process Builder 2. Flow Builder (Screen Flows, Auto-launched Flows, Record-triggered Flows) 3. Workflow Rules 4. Validation Rules 5. Security Model (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets) - Data Modeling : Strong understanding of data modeling principles and proven ability to design and implement efficient data models within the Salesforce/nCino environment. - Integration : Solid experience in integrating Salesforce/nCino with external systems using RESTful and SOAP APIs, middleware platforms (e.g., Mulesoft), and other integration patterns. - Testing : Comprehensive experience with unit testing (using Apex Test Framework), integration testing, and system testing within the Salesforce/nCino platform. - Version Control : Proficiency in using version control systems such as Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab. - Deployment Management : Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and methodologies (e.g., Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, ANT Migration : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 8 years of professional experience in software development, with a significant focus on Salesforce and the nCino platform. - Proven track record of successfully designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions within the nCino environment. - Deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly lending processes and banking operations, is highly preferred. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, agile team environment. - nCino Certification : nCino Certified Developer certification is highly preferred. - Salesforce Certifications : Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is a strong Points : - Experience with nCino's specific modules and functionalities beyond core lending (e.g., Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Small Business Banking, Deposit Operations). - Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). - Experience with data migration and data management within the Salesforce/nCino ecosystem. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce/nCino deployments. - Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React. - Understanding of Salesforce security best practices and governor limits.
