Job Summary : ROBOXA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Mid-Senior Level Consultant with 7-8 years of comprehensive experience across various SAP modules, including ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, and BASIS. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and functional expertise, with hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Rise being highly desirable. This role will involve contributing to the design, implementation, support, and optimization of SAP solutions for our clients, working within a dynamic and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities : - Provide expert consulting services across multiple SAP modules (ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, BASIS) to meet business requirements. - Lead or participate in SAP implementation, upgrade, and support projects. - Analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective SAP solutions. - Configure, customize, and enhance SAP modules based on functional specifications. - Develop custom reports, forms, interfaces, and enhancements using ABAP programming. - Perform performance tuning and optimization of SAP systems and custom developments. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the SAP landscape. - Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between modules. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. - Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, including S/4 HANA and SAP Rise. - Document technical specifications, configurations, and processes. - Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and contribute to building the team's expertise. Required Technical Skills and Experience : - Overall SAP Experience : 7 - 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP consulting. - Strong proficiency in ABAP programming for developing custom reports, forms (SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms), interfaces (IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs), and enhancements (user exits, BADIs, enhancement points). - Experience with performance tuning techniques for ABAP programs. - Knowledge of Object-Oriented ABAP is a significant plus. - In-depth expertise in configuring and supporting core FI processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, New G/L). - Strong knowledge of CO processes (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis). - Experience with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD). - Extensive experience in configuring and managing procurement processes (Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification). - Proficiency in Inventory Management (Goods Movements, Stock Transfers, Physical Inventory). - Strong understanding of Material Master Data configuration and its impact. - Experience with integration points between MM and other SAP modules (FICO, SD). - Expertise in configuring and managing sales order processing (Sales Document Types, Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories). - Strong knowledge of pricing procedures and condition techniques. - Experience with delivery processing, transportation, and billing processes. - Experience with integration points between SD and other SAP modules (FICO, MM). - Hands-on experience with SAP system administration tasks. - Experience with SAP installations, upgrades, and patching. - Knowledge of performance monitoring and tuning of SAP systems. - Experience with system copies, client administration, and transport management system (TMS). Highly Desired Skills and Experience : - Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation, migration, or support projects. - Practical experience with SAP Rise, including understanding of its technical architecture and administration aspects. - Experience with cloud-based SAP : - Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
