SAP SCM Expert

Role Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SCM Expert to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Supply Chain Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across key SAP SCM modules and a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain Responsibilities : SCM Architecture & Design : - Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SCM solutions. - Design scalable and efficient configurations for SAP SCM modules (SAP MM, PP, SD, WM, EWM, APO/IBP, TM, etc. - Develop and document functional and technical & Support : - Lead end-to-end SAP SCM implementations and rollouts. - Provide L2/L3 support and drive continuous improvements in SAP SCM processes. - Manage configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities. Process Optimization : - Analyze supply chain KPIs to identify improvement areas. - Propose and implement best practices using SAP functionality. - Work with business users to re-engineer processes and maximize ROI. Collaboration : - Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams (FI/CO, SD, MM, PM, QM, etc. - Liaise with external vendors, SAP BASIS, and security teams for system changes. - Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in supply chain transformation : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Supply Chain Management - SAP SCM certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, IBP) are a plus - 7 years of experience in SAP SCM implementation and support - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong verbal and written communication, and stakeholder to Have : - Experience in industries like Manufacturing, Pharma, Retail, or Automotive - Agile/Waterfall project methodology experience - Knowledge of demand forecasting, S&OP, or supply chain analytics (ref:hirist.tech)
