Full Stack Developer - MERN Stack

Job Description : Function : Software Engineering ? Full-Stack : - Lead the development of our MERN-based SaaS product with a focus on scalability and high performance. - Architected and developed NestJS-based micro services, ensuring modular, scalable, and secure backend solutions. - Worked on MongoDB, designing efficient data models and optimizing queries for performance. - Develop robust React applications using both Class and Functional components. - Drive peer code reviews, ensuring high-quality standards, clean code, and best practices. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement features. - Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, ensuring smooth operation in production. - Mentored and guided a team of 4-5 developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture. Requirements : - Strong experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js ). - Expertise in NestJS as a Node.js framework. - Solid understanding of Microservice Architecture and API development. - Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including indexing, aggregation, and query optimization. - Experience with both Class & Functional React components. - Strong knowledge of peer code reviewing, clean code principles, and best practices. Good to Have : - Experience in SaaS product development. - Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Familiarity with logistics or supply chain management (ref:hirist.tech)
